What is a therapeutic laser and what are its benefits?

Therapeutic laser, often called low-level laser therapy or cold laser therapy is being used more recently to treat dogs with arthritis, tendon or soft tissue injuries and to promote wound healing.

Are lasers dangerous for dogs and are there any side effects?

Laser therapy is a very safe treatment for dogs. Our staff are properly trained to avoid health risks for your dog. Side effects can include soreness of the treated area.

What kind of lasers are used on pets?

A cold laser is used on dogs. No heat comes from the laser, keeping your pet very comfortable throughout treatment.
