Lyndsay McShane, RVT

Office Manager/Registered Veterinary Technician

When I started at the clinic I quickly became passionate about our clients and their pets. It really was like an extended family. Watching those pets as puppies and now coming in as seniors are amazing to see. Watching puppies and kittens grow up and become old and grey, living full and fantastic lives is something I love most about my job.

Mayfield is what I call the "big little clinic". We can provide a lot of the services big city hospitals can, with heart and soul and love for the pets, but we maintain that small town feel. We are on first name bases with most of our clients as they are with us. I really enjoy speaking to clients about their pet's nutrition. Preventing problems is easily attainable with good food.

The clinic is our home, we are family, we all have our differences, but when we need to we come together and get the job done! A fun fact about me is that I love to dance! Meringue, salsa, two-step, I will learn anything! Might look like a fool doing it, but I enjoy it. Dance like no one's watching right? Also, the first pet I had on my own was my West Highland Terrier named Mazie.
